We are drinking three Ortswein Rieslings from the Palatinate from 2017: Deidesheim Riesling made by von Winning, Forster Riesling from Reichsrat von Buhl and Ruppertsberger Riesling from Christmann.
From the Saar we drink today a Riesling out of the Monopollage Hörecker produced by the von Hövel winery from 2015.
Accompanying the beef burger we have a 2015 Grande Cuvée Freundeskreis by Sekthaus Krack from Deidesheim.
We are drinking two wines out of the Deidesheim Kalkofen vineyard: One from the von Winning Winery and one from the Mehling Winery, both harvested in 2016.
We drink Gutedel from 2018 from the Wasenhaus winery. Partly macerated on the skins, with a lot of tension and little alcohol an interesting summer wine.
From the Ruwer we drink an off-dry Abtsberg Superior from the winery Maximim Grünhaus harvested in 2016.
We drink Sylvaner Steinterassen Muschelkalk from 2016 by Stefan Vetter. Natural wine from Franconia.
